DESIGN + ART
After 2 years studying Industrial Design at the National University of Mar del Plata, Argentina, I decided I wanted to be a Graphic Designer and registered at the School of Visual Arts Martin Malharro.

Four years later, I resolved to leave my hometown behind and travelled to Canada. I settled in Vancouver and began employment as a graphic designer in the Art Department of Clubcard, where I had the opportunity to work with a talented team for almost one year. Throughout these months I learned about teamwork and dealing with customers, whilst acquiring significant knowledge about printing technology. In addition to gaining international work experience, it was a period of my life where I grew up and had a lot of fun.

Whilst in Vancouver I was invited to participate in a group of local artists gatherings, where members came together once a week to draw and share ideas. That experience allowed me to learn about Vancouver’s arts and culture community, and also to share my work with them.

At the end of 2005 I returned to Argentina to complete my qualifications, obtaining a degree in Graphic Design with first class honors standing in March 2006. I then worked for one year in the Design Department of a company that provides exhibit booths, services and equipment for trade shows and events. Such experience helped me to efficiently adapt myself to fast-paced environments. Fulfilled with that stage of my life, I chose to build my own career path and devoted myself completely to my independent work, becoming a freelance Graphic Designer.

Today, however, I do not consider myself only as a graphic designer but a merge between the designer and the artist.I can’t imagine my life without design, illustration, my pencil and my sketch notebook, without the music, the cinema, the laughter and the passion with which I start every project, without the technology to do what my mind imagines and the freedom to do what my heart feels.

I deeply believe that there is no life without art, and a little bit of all this is what I am now,
